Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

What's Covered
Lost Packages
If your insured package is confirmed as lost during transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your insured package arrives damaged or the contents are affected during shipping, we will replace the eligible items free of charge after reviewing your claim.
Filing a Shipping Insurance Claim
If you purchased Shipping Insurance and experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).

After reviewing your claim, we will process an appropriate replacement as quickly as possible.
Shipping Insurance Exclusions
Shipping Insurance does not cover:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout.
- Packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen after delivery.
- Delays caused by customs inspections or border processing.
- Delays resulting from the shipping carrier or unforeseen transportation disruptions.
