Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be unworn and unwashed.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal inspection.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

How to Start a Return

Return Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved returns are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned package arrives at our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement orders are typically shipped within 7–14 business days after approval.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrect Deliveries

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient,
  • Left unclaimed,
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,

a CAD $35 administrative and shipping fee may be deducted from any eligible refund to cover the costs incurred.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact Olivia's Corner before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider.

Our goal is always to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide relevant documentation to the financial institution handling the claim, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping and tracking records
  • Customer communications
  • Supporting photographs or documentation where applicable

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Returns are shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International shipments may experience customs processing delays beyond our control.
